The integral ingredient for making sushi is rice, which has to be cooked to perfection. Undercooking the rice will mean an insufficient consistency and the rolls will crumble, while overcooking the rice will result in it congealing. I Love Sushi employ an automatic rice washer and cooker in its production process ensuring the rice is cooked to perfection each time. The rice is prepared in batches of 30 kg. The machine calculates the required measurement of water before setting the duration period for cooking - approximately one hour. Once the rice has been cooked it is allowed to cool before being mixed with salt, sugar and white vinegar to recreate the historical flavour of traditional sushi, which was made with vinegar rice. The rice is then distributed and placed into the various sushi making machines depending on the order. The machines have different settings for the production of the various sushi types. The norimaki rolls are prepared in three different sizes - large, which
are sold individually and medium and small which are included in traditional
packs. The rolls are made with a variety of fillings including salmon, chicken, beef, avocado and cucumber and the large ones are vacuum sealed in individual packs with a serving of soy sauce. I Love Sushi employ a variety of sushi making machines to produce wide selection of sushi types that make up its traditional packs. The company also produces party packs that come in three sizes - large 60 pieces, medium 40 pieces and small 35 pieces. It is a healthy, very convenient and economical way for customers to dine or entertain family, friends and guests. Orders must be made one day in advance. |
